IAPZ moves from vision toward practical community action, completing its first project and beginning to translate its social-enterprise approach into real-world initiatives supporting grassroots development.
Volunteer participation grows, with more than 1,000 volunteers registered with the organisation according to IAPZ's published history. The organisation also launches its first aquaponics projects, connecting food production, innovation and community resilience.
A biogas project is completed, reinforcing IAPZ's interest in practical approaches that connect community development, livelihoods and environmental sustainability.
Musician Against Poverty is launched, extending poverty awareness and social engagement through creative and public participation across diverse Zimbabwean communities.
IAPZ supports communities during the COVID-19 period through the provision of PPE equipment for people in need, demonstrating agility and solidarity during times of acute national health crisis.
IAPZ launches its first diaspora solidarity structures, creating new possibilities for Zimbabweans outside the country to support development initiatives and maintain active ties to community progress.
IAPZ continues to develop work across areas including food security, education, community development, environmental sustainability, livelihoods, youth development, girl-child development, and social entrepreneurship.
