Initiative Against Poverty in Zimbabwe (IAPZ) is committed to working alongside communities to address poverty, strengthen livelihoods and create opportunities for children, young people and families to thrive.

BINDURA, ZIMBABWE
AQUAPONICS FOR FOOD SECURITY
From water to harvest.
In Bindura, IAPZ's aquaponics work explores practical ways of connecting food production, skills development and community opportunity. By combining fish production with vegetable cultivation, aquaponics creates a productive cycle in which water and nutrients are used efficiently.
The project provides a platform for people to learn practical production skills while exploring approaches that can strengthen food security and livelihoods.
