Welcome to IAPZ, an organization dedicated to building resilience in communities across Zimbabwe through the power of social entrepreneurship.
At IAPZ, we believe that everyone has the right to live a life free from poverty, and we are committed to working with communities to create long-term solutions that empower individuals and families to break the cycle of poverty.
Through our programs, we provide technical assistance, project development, and management support to economically and socially disadvantaged communities, helping them to build the skills and resources they need to thrive.
Our approach is based on the belief that every community has the potential to be self-sustaining and resilient, and that by investing in the education, empowerment, and economic development of community members, we can create lasting positive change.

In addition to our core programs focused on technical assistance, project development, and management support, IAPZ also works to promote sustainability and long-term resilience in the communities we serve through a range of initiatives.
For example, we may work with local organizations to establish agricultural cooperatives or renewable energy projects, which can provide income-generating opportunities and reduce reliance on external resources.
We also recognize the importance of education in driving positive change and empowering individuals to break the cycle of poverty. As such, we are committed to providing access to quality education and learning resources for children and adults in our target communities

Poverty, lack of education drivers of Child Marriages in Zim
Our number one investment through Social Enterprise is in Youth Development, particularly in the girl child, so that young people are active in their communities and can channel their productivity to support their communities, which will benefit future generations. Initiating widespread participation through Social Enterprise alleviates and benefits future generations.
We run back-to-school initiatives that provides our future leaders with school uniforms. Please message us if you want to support this cause so that we can develop together.
IAPZ works as an advocate to get policies passed that will help communities escape poverty. All of this will be done with a strong focus on environmental protection because the poor will be the ones most negatively impacted by environmental destruction because they rely on it for their daily survival.
